Simcity 4 is still the best SimCity game made so far with far improved graphics, and more detail. More features such as being able to control more regions. The AI is still great the only problem with the game is, it feels like it is not totally finished, for example the undo button is missing, so if you accidentally put down a massive expensive power plant by mistake the is no going back. The graphics will strain even the recommended system configuration the bigger your city gets the slower the game will get, hopefully they will fix this in the patch. You have to go very slowly at the start as making money is the hardest it has ever been in any SimCity game, there all hard but this is the next step up, especially when parking fines and other such revenue generating features are no longer in the game.
