Pretty Good, especially with the added features.

This, my friend, is SimCity 4. But wait! There's something new! Remember that stupid Rush Hour expansion to Sim City? Well, it now can come included in the game! It addes a couple of new features to the game. Most noteably, the U-Drive-It mode. In this mode, you control a vehicle. This could range from a normal Resedential homes' car, to a police car, to a Toxic Waste Truck. You can choose to complete U-Drive-It missions, and you can earn rewards like new buildings. An example: The Deluxe Police House. You can only earn it when your city has 12,000 Sims in it, AND you completed 4 different police U-Drive-It missions. This adds more playability, because most missions have a Good/Bad side to them. You can click a "What's my alternitive?" button to see the Bad side of a Good mission, or vice versa. This game is addictive, because of all the new buildings and vehicles add thanks to Rush Hour.

A new thing is the My Sims mode. Like God and Mayor mode, it has its own panel. You can create up to 5 My Sims, and place them anywhere in town. You can even import Sims from any of the Sims games you may have on your computer. You can use this feature to see how areas of your city are. The graphics are pretty good, until you fully zoom in. Then, you can clearly see the pixels of the buildings. The game has a lot of depth and replay value. With all of the Terraforming you can do to shape the land to your own, this game could keep you going for months.
