Enough reviewers have already touched on the DRM so I wont go no where near that epic failure.
As far as the game goes in its retail released state, its still in a open beta state. Im not sure what Ubisoft was thinking when they released the game as its not finished.

The negatives?
First off the entire war campaign was not finished so the war ends in 1943 instead of 1945
There is equipment thats included but not active
Equipment that doest work as intended
Unrealistic mission objectives
Wonky enemy AI
Time compression lags like crazy at higher levels and can cause the game to crash to desktop
Tutorial leaves alot to be desired
Even with the latest patch, bugs are still in game.

The good
The graphics are nice
With the addition of downloading Mods from the gaming community, this game can actually be put into a rather enjoyable playing state
