I mean why would company took out all great things about previous SH games and gave us All flash, no substance broken game? I thought that company that never dissapointed before is just gonna make this game better and better so I bought Gold version for 60$ without much thinkin'....well that was my mistake for trusting and not waiting for review. Most of the things that made previous SH games feel like a simulation this game kills it and make it feel like arcade game. As soon I started playin it i was lost.... ohh because all station key-bindings have been removed to add realism. So now instead of pressin F5 to go to deck gun you need to walk there yourself and be lucky u click on it right to use it. After u get to use it u realize u cant zoom in distance or even aim using its aiming crosshair. Instead u get arcade style green line that doesnt show u no range and view of hits u make...u need to watch ships hp bar to see if u hit a ship or not. SHIP HP BAR? yes thats one of new additions lol. Also u can hit ships below their water line and make holes in them but the ship wont sink untill hp bar is gone. To add to that some anchored ships in ports when torpedoed are acting like they were on open sea which means when they sink into the ground instead of gettin stuck on shallow water. They break all rules of physics and gravity also. For example one ship broke in half and one half rose up like a pole while being in shallow waters or one ship sunk into the ground wtf? Also another funny thing is how 1 torpedo breaks big ship in half and 4 torpedos cant sink smaller merchant ship being hit 4 times in same spot. When i was leaving this port 2 destroyers caught me and brace urself for this lol.....Not that they couldnt get one hit with depth charge while i was in perscope depth in shallow water I WAS VISIBLE THROGH WATER! but one of them colided with my periscope and went on fire and sank! soon later my periscope got repaired while under water?? and rest of destroyers made circles around me untill i got to high seas LOL I actually felt like i had an escort instead of enemies on top of me LOL I could write so much bad things this game has but I wont cuz it makes me mad that such a franchise went so low. Also wasted 60$ hurts too cuz I'd rather play SH3 or SH4 than this. SH5 knows how to kill atmosphere of u-boat fighting just by things like people walkin in fire on merchant ship u just torpedoed. On top of things u need stable internet connection to play single player campaign. By stable i mean if ur connection gets interrupted game saves progres on their servers and kicks u to menu untill u get ur connection back. All ur saves are being saved to their serwers and everytime u start a game saves need to get synchronized. Its like kick in the face from them to all SH fans. They want to stop piracy and make more money ignoring genuine gamers. If you SH fan save urself frustration and money by avoiding this game. I pre-ordered this game thinking of all SH games been so good and satifying that this could not let me down..well I was wrong.
