Way over-rated

I was trying to find a really good game for the ps1 this game is terrible, everyone says its really scary and its not at all, u shoot pterosaurs??? Thats not scary and little midget stuffed dolls only thing cool was the dogs, u run all forever all over the place and you have an annoying radio that sounds off everytime a monster is near, so that ruins the scary fun also, graphics are ok for its timei have seen worse, i would rather play resident evil any day before i play this junk and i dont even like resident evil that much, its ok but nothing special but still far better then this junk, it would of been better if the guy looked cooler not all in business suit, no rich guy will be be brave enough to do something like this and why only a pistol and knife and pipe surely if this happened in real life and u were running on the street u would broke into the local gun store, the game play gets boring real fast its the same thing over and over and there's no music, would of been better to have some scary music and if people didnt want it on have the choice to disable it in the options menu.
