The real issue that has nothing to do with the gameplay itself. It's the constant frame rate issue. There were too many times the game seemed to stop for a few seconds, then start again and the camera would be aiming at the sky. This was really annoying during fighting scenes. But more frequent when just simply walking around Silent Hill.
