This is the most gruesomly horror game. The best Silent Hill too.

GRAPHICS (9/10): I played this game when it was released (3/4 2003) and then I though graphic is perfect. Today I think almost the same but when you look at the games like Resident Evil 4 or The Elder Scrolls IV you must be real so I won't give Silent Hill 10/10 but if I was reviewing this three years ago... The graphic is like in a old movies what is unbelieavable great and cool for this kind of game. There is so much details and there is something what is really in my mind. It is camera. Camera is better then old Resident Evil's. It is like in a movie. Just in a few moments camera will change but most time it is following you from one of the corners or from somewhere else. SOUND (10/10): I can say this without shame. Whole Silent Hill series has got one of the best sounds. I can easly compare sounds from Silent Hill 3 with Resident Evil 4. Everything and EVERYTHING is so perfect. Music, voice acting, sounds of the monsters what will really scare sometimes... everything done without mistake.

GAMEPLAY (9/10): I really enjoyed playing this game. There is few puzzles through game which are very cool just like in RE0, RE1, RE2, RE3 and REC:VX. But I won't say they are better since I am big Resident Evil fan. Action is good too, well all the same as in old RE's. Story is unbelievable great and to me "Silent Hill" is most mysterious story ever. Sometimes when I was young and playing "Silent Hill 1" when I wasn't good in English like today the story confused me. Main character is cool too. Very young girl, I think she is 17, I am not sure, I forgot. She is so afraid what makes game more creepy and her story is really mysterious.

VALUE (8/10): Well, maybe this is little dissapointment for "Silent Hill" fans but it didn't bothered me much. Silent Hill 3 is long as the other Silent Hill's but other Silent Hill's had more endings (SH1 had 5 endings, SH2 3 I think and SH4 has got 4 endings) but Silent Hill 3 has got only one ending and some players won't play it again but I was the one who did.

TILT (10/10): Great graphic, perfect sound, very very fun game with so great and mysterious story, cool characters, cool monsters and most of all REAL horror game. Horror fans and SH fans who didn't played this game it is "Must have". Full stop. Oh and one more thing, Silent Hill 3 story is continuation of Silent Hill 1 so those who missed Silent Hill 1 some parts of Silent Hill 3 story may confuse. Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 4 stories are not connected together or with SH1 and SH3.
