Can i download the 1.3 patch by the computer ?

It's not possible I'm afraid so you're going to have to take your PS3 to a friend or relative who has Broadband, hook it up to their connection download it that way.

There is a certain program that allows you to download patch on pc...its called awesome updater something....google it out.However,these patches can only be installed from a flash drive if your ps3 is jailbreaked and doing so would violate the warranty and is illegal ....or atleast thats what they say even though you many not support piracy and use it for only homebrew applications like emulators to play retro games on on ur ps3
