Cutesy game for younger Shrek fans. Very easy and quick to finish.

Shrek: Ogres and Dronkeys is a pretty cute game. You are teaching the babies to do different things. Once again, the graphics for this game, just like almost everything on the Nintendo DS are fairly poor. Aside from that, the game has a lot of different things in it to do. As you teach the babies you unlock mini-games. I found some of the mini-games to actually be pretty enjoyable, but the bowling mini-game I found to be frustrating at times, especially when the ball didn't follow the path you drew at all and veered off in a different direction. Shrek: Ogres and Dronkeys did make up a bit for the repetitive nature of the game by giving you new locations and different toys to play with. I liked that the game set up lists and split up the toys into groups so that you could know what to work on. Some of the tasks can be very frustrating to get done. I think this game would appeal more to younger children than to older gamers.
