My xbox live account was hacked and MS was very cool about it. My CC# was not compromised, but the person spent my 3600 points. When I got my account back I had a 3600 point balance on it, so MS refunded my points to me. It took them a little longer than I had liked to get my acct back to me, but they were awesome and also gave me 3 free months of xbox live!
its pointless waiting for this game, holiday 2011 turned into early 2012, which I'm telling you will turn into Holiday 2012 which is when the game will likely be released. They have like 2 people working on this game for the past several years.

Its most likely that Diablo 3 will be released rather soon. Inside information from Blizzard can only be kept in securely to a point. They obviously have an idea of when they want to release the game, and the game is close to being done. I would say the game will be released by the end of February based on the information that I have seen from retailers. Again, I don't think Blizzard knows exactly when, and its not like them to commit to a date, but I think they have a good idea when the game will be released despite what they are saying to the public. They are just waiting for that exact date, which will probably be at the end of February or early March. Blizzard also is releasing the game around a special time of the year which hasn't been discussed much, and that's tax refund season.
My Xbox Live account was hacked in August, the hacker had bought 10000 points on my account. Luckily my payment type was on a Paypal account they refunded me fast. Microsoft took over 3 months to fix my problem in which time I could not log into my account and play online. It took me calling about 15 times, Finally after over three months I logged into the internet help for Xbox live at about 2 am pacific time and bam within 30 mins. A nice Irish fellow got my account back to me finally with almost no problem and was very courteous. Microsoft blew it bad with me they ignored me over the phone and basically even forgot about me all together, talk about poor customer service. Why couldn't anyone else i talked to do or say anything. Then one guy overseas fixes it lightspeed. Since then I have kept my Xbox, because they are worthless to sell and I will not buy any more games for it. Once bitten twice shy. It is such a shame as I went through 3 Xbox's and spent thousands in accessories and games. I love my new PS3! and PC games 4life! *edit* I forgot to mention they said it would only take up to 45 days at most when I first reported the problem, and I reported the problem as it happened.
My xbox live account was hacked. They used my credit card to buy points. I did get a refund however, but still, annoying.
