1 Like I shell a structure in BF, it eventually crumbles...I nuke in COD and tin shack is not changed...GARBAGE...BF4 on max settings will make new COD look like Counter-Strike.
I wish battlefield would make their guns feel more powerful and more feel with the controller with each bullet. thats why i prefer COD, because each shot you take you can feel the connection with the controller and your gun. in battlefield 3 it seems like im shooting feathers.
if they could change this somehow i would make the switch permanently because i have both and bf3 is clearly better with all the things you can do, its more realistiv (barring the comment i made about the guns) the engine needs to more intuitive, it looks nice and all but its not what it should be, especially from a game thats so popular - it has so much potential still though, please bf4 make the game more intuitive.
@ScumBagMike @leigham no way buddy, theres no power in bf3, no feel, you dont even know when theres a silencer on your gun because it shoots the same, and all the rockets dont feel like rockets at all. COD does. I dont know why either because COD is a reaction based shooter and bf3 is more realistic, but it isn't without this intuitive feel. and thats ridiculous
COD goes modern, Battlefield follows. COD goes into the future, Battlefield follows. why?

@Copianames it the same sh*t !! :/ i don't know why they did another game while they could of just released a dlc ... because people don't like to pay money for a copy of BF3 !

So if there are three factions to play with in multiplayer, does that mean we'll have three-way Conquest and Team Deathmatch games available?? That would be a vastly more difficult and fun gameplay dynamic if you ask me!
battlefield really annoys me , they work so hard on excellent graphics and effects , they release a brilliant multiplayer but always suffer on their single player campaigns which are dull and convoluted. Imagine if the writers from CoD got together with the designers of Battlefield..... oh it would be close to perfection (for a FPS)

Will people die when you kill them in BF4 or should I just forego this piece of shit franchise? I'll forego it, BF3 was absolutely pathetic. Call me when you go back to BF1942 and make a good game again.

if they' were smart they'd cut out the michalebay crap and focus on MP entirely. more maps, more innovations
Thanks for the info, 70% of what I needed to know in order to finalize if I want to buy this game.
Multiplayer was quality in the last one, enjoyed it a lot. Generally stopped playing though once all the map packs came in to play (same with most games to be fair). Some map packs I was just genuinely not interested in so didn't buy them, problem then is you're left feeling a bit alienated from the rest of the multiplayer community..
Wasn't really all that bothered about this in all honesty, pretty much just looked same old same old. A sandbox single player campaign however just got me interested.. I know Battlefield isn't even made for the single player experience but pretty much every shooter out there is virtually an 'on-rails' experience, throw in some freedom and you peak my interest! Providing the AI is good at least ;)
@warhawk-geeby I agree, The DLC maps were awfull, the nail in coffin for me was the rent a server BS.
@Grenadeh What the hell..? Are you for real? Battlefield provided planes, helicopters, tanks, boats and just about everything else on a console which had never even really been done before on such a scale. PC gamers always had the best of that world. It was a real eye opener for me, I found it brilliant.
2 Like while BF4 looks awfully similiar to BF3 from the surface, i'm really looking forward what new mechanics they have to offer on multiplayer side.

yeah i meant increase the player cap for next gen, i'm pretty sure current gen cannot go over that limit.
@GrayF0X786 Are we referring to just Battlefield here I take it? Because MAG for the PS3 is 128 players..? Admittedly it's not as polished as the Battlefield games and doesn't offer the same gameplay mechanics but it's still good fun nonetheless :)
