Seb and Johnny go head to head in Worms Revolution to find out who is the worst at Worms Revolution. Apparently it's both of them.
This is easily the most competitive and perhaps the most entertaining Random Encounter yet
God they have so much Worms games and they look tremendous. Additional video game suggestions are: Heavenly Sword [2007] and Jade Empire [2005].
For anyone wondering, Armageddon is back on Steam as a regular game this time.
I wasn't impressed with Reloaded at all, and Revolution was OK, but the peak was Armageddon, and not by a little.
@naryanrobinson Armageddon is basically the same as Reloaded. I own Armageddon on the Dreamcast and Reloaded on the PC. The only thing I like more about Armageddon is having the Holy Hand-Grenade more often.
Pls play rainbow six 3 that game Fit the show here , it would be funny how you guys make everyone on the team K.I.A on each mission :D
@Errorcutive I wouldn't mind seeing some Spy vs. Merc from Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow.
@snova9308 That's the version I'm referring to. This is 3D, but it's still played in 2D and that's how this type of game works best.
Epic finish Johnny! I love how you guys each wore shirts that matched your in-game team color too. More epic!
That was funny stuff guys. Really captured the fun of worms, most of which is when your competition screws up and nukes there own worm/s. Havent played it for years, but that may have to change...
Yet another game series with its roots in (or is it on?) the Commodore Amiga. I feel the need to point this out since nobody seems to know about this wonderful computer.
From wikipedia: The game was originally created by Andy Davidson as an entry for a Blitz BASIC programming competition run by the Amiga Format magazine.
Remember that huh? When Game magazines had programming sections?! There used to be competitions every month or so and some of them had little games and utility programs listed as code for you to enter on your own computer.
Stunning last shot Johnny , I would think you two and Danny playing together would make for an epic round of worms :) Good episode as usual.
I've played almost every version of worms on just about every platform since the '90. It's never been my most favorite little game... yet... You almost always have to have a copy of it in some form or another. You always go back for a few more rounds. And it's one of the best fall-backs for casual vs. gameplay. I don't know what it is about this game... most copies are just the same gameplay it's always been. It's just a instant classic, and will always be classic.
And watching these two is a perfect example of the vs tension and great gameplay. Who hasn't flung themselves into the water with a rope? Or drop a bomb or two on their own guys?
Me and my buddy play a few rounds every time we game. Worms is the greatest. We would school the fooz.
Revolution is awesome. Forts FTW. Can't wait to see if there will be a next-gen worms.
Worms Armageddon (released in 1999) is still the best.
It's still getting updates, and people still play it online! Need I say more?
Now available on Steam! :)
@ofnetec Defo! I played Revolution for a bit and it just doesn't feel as satisfying or as fluid as the older games.
@ofnetec what about war party?
i thought that had the best map creater on the entire series
@thequickshooter
World Party? It's almost the same as Armageddon, just with a few different maps and options. Probably the same map editor.
Very few people play it online anymore, and it hasn't received an update in forever, so unless WWP's few unique features really turn your crank, WA is the way to go.
@pcty @nirvanaps3 I mental-pictured him in a photo of the E3 floor wearing a Waldo cosplay suit.
