Coming up next, On the Spot! We kick off our Live show with a demo of Jurassic Park: The Game, and more demos with Alice: Madness Returns and Lego Pirates of the Caribbean the Video Game. All that and more, On the Spot!
I just hate the look of Jurassic Park. An adventure game you spend so much time just looking around and watching scenes, its really important to have a good art style. This semi-realistic look they have going isn't working at all
Ok, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Sound like a good idea? To the topic at hand. I make it a point never to buy games made from movies or games made into movies. Several exceptions to that rule, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. Great movie, poor game. Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. Exceptional movie, poorly abysmal game. Lara Croft franchanise. Great games, poor movie. Doom franchise. Great games, bad movie. When a game developer gets rights from a movie to make into a game, they make a concerted effort to make the worst kind of game ever peddled for $60.00American. On the other hand, when the movie studio gets permission to create a movie from a game, immediately it is sent to the worst director the studio employs for his very unique perspective, then asking $7.00 a pop you wouldn't rent when it comes out on DVD. Come on, you really think it will be any good? I'd rather watch the DVD and leave it that. Troy Lawson
Jurassic Park looks like an interactive movie... I think I'll pass... Alice: Madness Returns, on the other hand, is a must buy for me. I love the creepy feel, and the idea of being inside your mind, especially when she's having psychological problems. Can't wait.
Jurassic Park looks sooooo lame. I think i would rather play the Sega CD version than this JP. And thats saying alot.
Jurassic Park looks horrible. What a let down. Love how the characters just warp across the screen at points. Really good programming.....not!
