This is going to have to be something special after this wait. As for someone saying it is expensive - there are sites I visit that manage to make great weekly shows using a couple of decent HD cameras and slick presenters. It doesn't have to cost the earth, and devs will always want to come show off their latest games. Come on Gamespot - my sub has been a total waste since it was renewed.

What the hell is going on? Can't they tell us when in February it's returning? Game publishers don't tell gamers that they're releasing a game just in February, they tell them a day as well. This sucks and Gayspot Sucks!!!

They have 16 days left before it really gets embarrassing for them.

Now remind me.... why did i pay 60 bucks to gamespot last August? or rather automatically sucked out of my account.

well i guess with thing going crazy on the economy, i think they're closing on the spot for goood... it take's to much money to do the show.. well i do hope the best for them... cause i honestly think , the site is doing bad, once jeff left... oh well... life goes on...

what can they actually improve/change, except for the aesthetics??? The people will be the same, the games will be the same, the guests will be the same, the so called "humour" will be the same. What can they actually improve/change. I really miss the previous OTS (2004-2007). Especially 2006, the golden year of Gamespot.

I'm sure the show will be back, but I have no faith on it being "improved". If anything, it'll be a different stage setup and/or some new faces that we have no knowledge of. As far as I'm concerned, On the Spot has been dead for the past year.

Maybe so andy.But we just have to trust the fellows to do the right thing and make it better.We have to remeber that 2008 was a gold year for gamers whit awsome games and awsome games meens awsome show. The thing we realy have too hope for is great games:D

See this what I hate about Gamespot. They just don't keep their members informed. If it's gonna take a while to bring it back, then at list give us a date. Is that too much to ask?

I miss the show, i thought i'm gonna be able to survive without it but, i honestly want it back, c'mon guys, hurry up and return to On the Spot, specially if Ryan is the host, he is really funny, but Brian also makes a great job too.

Its nice to see a site that was so good turn its back on you.. im still wondering why i pay for this site... when it half works most of the time... I know one thing ... its not becuase the shows not here its because the site is starting to careless about the gamers it seem... this is the last year i give them my money.. there's a lot of free alternatives.. Man, I was hoping it would be up today. Hopefully, we will be surprised with the new and improved On the Spot, if it's taking them more than a month to set it up.

I wud be happy with just a show. I know its never gonna really be improved or will be overhyped and then be rubbish like usual with all things. Just as long as the games are good - gorilla's can host it
