I saw the little box to the left of this after I posted my last comment and it isn't there. I have a wireless internet connection that can cut out frequently and it cut out with 5% to go downloading it directly from gamespot and it would not restart at 95%. iTunes resatarts at the percentage it was at when it cut out so then I can finish it.
