I have not watched this in a while but who is this new host? He is not even half as good as that blonde guy that used to do it! And where is the rest of the guys, I dont like any of the personalities on this!

I really must get a next-gen console, seeing all the great games that are being released and not being able to play them on my PS2... Screw it, my PS2 still kicks ass :)

OK. Assuming this stays up here is where some of our beloved ex Game spot crew can be found - though i remind you (after surfing GS for at least an hour or so) google your favourites name and you will find their blog pretty quickly. Jeff and Ryan - have now soft launched a new gamesite called Giantbomb.com. While nowhere (at least for now) as complete a source for gaming as Gamspot, you will find an hour or two of their trademarked humour within. Alex N has also 'starred' in a couple of their podcasts. Jeff has his own blog, and also recently was in a IGN Gamesages podcast that is really quite interesting and insightful. Brad S also has his own blog, and also has recently starred in the latest IGN episode of Gamesages which is also quite interesting. Jason O is now the head PC dude for IGN... and can be found in Audio format on their general game podcast. I would like once again though to remind you why GS is the place to go for gaming news and reviews. - IGN has been found guilty in the past of 'reviewing' MMO's before public release. I don't need to explain why this is pointless as there are still people playing Horizons because of the PLAYER COMMUNITY! - Gamespots news is always up to date, and the people presenting it to you are well respected within the gaming comunity. I have no doubts the current crew will soon be some of the biggest stars in the gaming media. - LIVE COVERAGE SECOND TO NONE. enough said :)

Hey thenewau25, No offense dude, but some additional grammer corrections - or a proof read - would be greatly appreciated to help make sense of your posts. You make some good points though, so help us read them! Anyway.... so Gamespot - much better this time around. You are slowly regaining lost ground (that ground being Rich, then Jeff, then Ryan D, Jason, Brad and Alex). Brian, your onscreen manner and presentation gets better every episode, and Ryan, I have a soft spot for you because you have been captain to the good ship Gamespot for so long, and a fair chunk of the enthusiasm i feel for gaming is heavily due to surfing this site for the past 4 years. Guys i would really like to see more promotion of your former generals though. I realise IGN is your compititor, and when Giantbomb goes full launch they will be too, but for your ex teams sake - please dont delete posts that help us - the GS community - stay in touch with them. We only love these guys so much because we met them here. On Gamespot. I would like people to actually read this post, so i will give a catch up in the next post so my.. - our - friends and fellow gamespotters know where some of our favourite GS crew have gone.

thenewau25: I won't respond to most of that, but what kind of person would NOT pick up a portable tactical nuclear weapon launcher? If that didn't catch your eye, there's something wrong.

iron man is looking sweet!!!, but i think its gonna be a short campaing, but if youre a fan of marvel, its a must have, or rent it!! just waiting for battlefield BC

in response to elozl crysis sucks for me 1 i dont like outside areas id like more inside 2 the suit is crap especially the shield even the un armored koreans can take more hits 3 weak guns, wtf in 2.1 they increase weapon damage am i playing a beta version the ai is mega stupid just jump on a boat and see what happens to the gunner it doesnt show anything new eg koreans do hit you from 1000 miles , how realistic and they move all the time eg they see you and strafe left right, what for to use the sprint button while you are infront them its bot ai and the headshot thing is unbalanced eg if they move why cant you shoot their legs and make them fall down? real isnt it? well not on crysis! 4 physics sure you can blow up huts and trees but vehicles dont inside areas dont unlike red faction and black, also no ragdoll effect the copses just fly and hit the ground you hit them but they dont move that techology was used in far cy 4 years ago and no blood, also the core and exodus level sucked and dont forget that if you forget to take the tac gun in last level you cant end the game cause you cant go back for it! 5 it has no freedom or big areas check boiling point of far cry they got bigger areas and actually HAVE big jungles and not jungle paths and the nanokoreans had even more armor than you no matter they were using strength and they had cheap knockofffs also they didnt move at all and did sneak at you or hit you with strength just take more damage, amateurish stuff crysis 2 will be nothing cuz of the jungle thing which is borring! but far cry 2 and iron man will have something new and thats the point

I was dissapointed with the story in crysis, i would have expected much more than another space cowboy shooting up aliens,and I'm hoping that Haze will have a better story

I have to say for a new guy, chris watters in amazingly comfortable in front of the camera...which makes for good tv (video cast) :D

Haze looks good, but please don't overhype it like all the other PS3 exclusives, lets just see how it plays first.

Man, when Rich, then Jeff, then Ryan and the rest left, I didn't have any hope for On the Spot. But in this case, man it's good to be wrong. You guys are putting out quality shows week after week. You guys are funny and entertaining. Note: We need more Aaron Thomas! Keep up the good work! Oh yeah....Ryan Macdonald rules as the host!!

Why do you insist on not putting out a WMV version? MP4 and MPEG are pointless unless you offer WMV. I can't even watch the show anymore because all I get are formats that won't run on my 360 or are out of sync or are criminally large file sizes.
