Guns, robots, bigger robots, and yelling! Join us for all this and more as we play through Binary Domain!
I don't understand why games like this don't put in a co op campaign. It would add so much replay value, it would justify the extra development time.
I tried the demo. The characters are all tired stereotypes used to manufacture drama among a generic team in a generic story. People of different nationalities actually being citizens from different countries, squabbling in banal ways is simply not interesting... I played the demo a week ago and I had forgotten about it until I started watching this video. JP games can be great, this one is very forgettable rental material. 6.5 or 7 max.
Is there a Chinese girl in that game? Have you ever wonder why 9 out of 10 times you see an ASIAN person in Videogames or Hollywood Movies, this Asian almost always the FEMALE, hardly ever the male. The opposite is true to Black person, almost always Black Male hardly ever Black female.
AT least Japanese make games with western feel and setting while western rarely make a game with... welll... Japanese heroes.. -_-'
I got the game yesterday and it didn't look to good. I'll give the game a 6/10. Does't anyone feel that SEGA is publishing too many game of this kind. For example=Vanquish.
Just to add to the comments, I spent 12 hours last week finishing this game and it was amazing. A real hit for me. Great story, phenominal gameplay and I just couldn't put it down. The voice controls, gimmicky as they were, actually worked really well (the only reason I stopped using them was because firmware 4.10 messed with my ps3 headset) Everyone should play this game. It's something special. I can't recommend it enough.
i agree BANFIRE76 i played the demo and i was actually blown away kinda like a gears of war feel to it and Will Smith's i Robot
Do yourself a favour guys and gals and play this game!! I have finished it already (11 hours) but i loved every second! Everything about the story was fantastic, the humour was smaltzy but really funny but the game became more serious as it unfolded which was completely appropriate for its universe/reality/story. I finished the game very satisfied and had that "feel good" feeling that i have missed from so many games of late. Im going through a second play through and collecting the things i missed from the 1st playthrough (yes that can be done) Please dont miss this game!!
Oh yeah. There's nothing I like more in my shooters than having to deal with VRU issues in the midst of a firefight. Pass. The game looks fun though.
Just to avoid any confusion, we were playing on retail code with a third-party PS3 headset. Have you already picked up a copy of the game? If so, are you having any trouble we did with the voice recognition?
