OMG NOooo! this looks so great, but seems like it's only about the swapping-puzzling. this would've been awesome as an action platformer. i desperately need a game like Shadow Complex for PC... well, atleast there's Chasm, although Chasm is maybe a little too traditional or even lackluster when it comes to gameplay mechanics.

@feverberries I agree. It would have been better if it had more than just the puzzles. Some Castlevania RPG moments would have made it brilliant. Still looks good though.

As a graduate with a good amount of philosophy of mind under my belt, I'm utterly astounded, this game has so much potential  in exploring theories of identity - I'm sure it wont use it that potential, but I might still be able to use this if I go into teaching, update the current example from The Prestige.
Also I've never played it, but I heard of a cult horror game called the Dark Eye made entirely of "Claymation," thought I'd put in the hat for House of  Horrors, if only cause of the art style :)

@jonny_dutch Are you familiar with the Star Trek TNG episode "Second Chances"? The crew discovers that they have a duplicate crew member trapped on a planet from a previous transporter accident. The transporter signal got semi reflected back to the surface or some such.

/nerdmoment

Also worth watching the movie "Moon"

@Saketume I've not seen it, but the Star Trek teleporter is basically the original thought experiment used in theories of Identity. I used the Prestige because I'd actually seen it, and the impact of commiting suicide in order to "teleport" is shown to be of greater consequence than what I understand to happen in Star Trek.

@jonny_dutch Haven't played through much more, but I'm hoping it goes the same way. Like I mentioned in the video it does have a strong narrative pedigree behind it.

Seems like promising game. Somehow resemble the best space quest-puzzle classic story driven game " The Dig". Current gaming market definitely lack of good quests.

@veryfrost Yes! Definitely, I loved The Dig. Need to go and replay that pronto.

@doorselfin @veryfrost

I like "The Dig".  It made me feel very lonely though. All characters were unlikable. I think they made it like that on purpose.

I'm seriously considering to give up on  all big hiperbudget games and turn myself to indie games. I installed Mark of the Ninja the other day and just loved it.

@Srdjann It's a pretty great way to be if you ask me,  but it's also important to keep a balanced gaming diet. There's some good stuff happening in the AAA department too.

@BradleyMcFlinn We've run into a bug with the player, and the ops team is working on it currently.  Should be fixed shortly. Sorry for any inconvenience. :)

@neur0sis yeah they appear not working cause of my (I believe others have too) ad-blocker is on, but I can't turn it off because of other sites sh#t. If you want help, on my computer the conflict is somewhere in pubads.g.doubleclick.net & s0.2mdn.net. So I believe you can fix it cause we can't watch any vids at all.
