Is Gamespot having video problems? I have been unable to view any videos on the website for the past couple of days, but I can watch videos on other, similar websites.
I did not like the demo of Lords of Shadows. But I am going to give the second one a try.
As for Lords of Shadow 2, I'm all over that! I'm sad that it seems the Suikoden RPG series is over though. :(

1 Like This was a good teaser, cant wait for the E3, you gotta give some creds to Kojima with the FOX ENGINE. Is PES 2014 the first football game where two players collide and there's no pixels of one goin thru the other? Im more exited about PES 2014 than MGS, simply cause i trust Kojima and i reckon the FOX engine on PES will look amazing, i dont get fooled by this videos yet, we all know in a week they will show the gameplay of it. To me e3 is more important than the Oscars or MTV movie awards, for real!
4 Like Sutherland as Snake in The Phatom Pain? Great actor indeed. I still prefer Hayter but I trust Kojima's decisions. Hopefully Hayter will show up for Ground Zeres. Konami's pre-show was more entertaining than that crappy X1 reveal. Fat Dracula FTW! Lol!

Umm no I'm not a fanboy.. in fact I hated Metal Gear resistance despite its high ratings. Also, you're totally clueless when you compare Rockstar and UbiSoft with Kojima. Are you totally stupid? One's a developer and Rockstar and UbiSoft are publishers... If you look at the people who actually MADE the GTA games which is RockstarNorth, they have ONLY made GTA games and Manhunt. And we all know how Manhunt was... stop comparing things that are different idiot

LOS is a very different type of Castlevania, and it doesn't feel like the same one I grew up with. I do admire the creativity from Mercury being that they're based in Spain and are implementing some cultural myths from their country. Aside from that, I'm not sure if many players noticed the cliché cut scenes in LOS 1, for example, when Gabriel confronts many bosses they tend to appear "surprisingly" behind Gabriel in an anime fashion. It got corny and old in LOS 1, and I see it happening in LOS 2 as well...you know, like the, "Yeah...Focus on me camera.. there's a boss behind me, but I don't give a crap...cause I'm diesill and epic..." They need to learn better ways to show Gabriel and his enemy's emotions/actions before a battle.
Just my two cents.
Meh, they should have shown some gameplay. Giving the new LoS cutscenes, while pretty, doesn't show us anything. I'm definitely up for an open world game in that mythos, though. I guess we'll see some gameplay at E3.
Metal Gear will be fantastic so no worries there.
@MagneticFusion Yeah, many aren't too happy with Sutherland, but I believe Hideo will hit the spot as usual.
Lords of Shadow 2 looks awesome... i liked the first one but this one sounds better so far.

Konami has broken my heart too many times. The games shown look okay. Castlevania is not what I want it to be. I am fine with the new games but... to me it just feels like a side story. I know a massive 2D Castlevania with sprites is out of the question. Metal Gear will be great as usual, I will buy it but I am not too excited. I know there is no chance for a new Suikoden as well. That is more of a TGS reveal. I know it is not Konami's fault, it probably would not sell much. Every E3 I have that little hope though though. Even now, I am thinking maybe they will have a new Suikoden but no info until next week! -hopes- I would take a new Vandal Hearts or an Snatcher/Policenauts! New 2D Contra, Life Force. I guess I am getting too old for video games, times have changed. Off to hoping to find a boyfriend instead! XD

And, out of that whole thing, I think I enjoyed the PES thing the most. MTG isn't the same without David Hayter..

Yea Hayter has the voice, but Keifer has the acting ability. I can 100% see why he changed actors. Im a huge metal gear fan and i dont like change but this is def for the best.

You wouldn't hire George Clooney to voice Batman in a videogame, rather than Kevin Conroy, just because he has more acting awards.

1 Like None, because the video game industry still does not have its defining award ceremony like film and television do. Referencing the Spike VGAs is like saying that Twilight is the best movie ever since it won an award at the MTV movie awards.

@Cbordi Only to you! Why was he not recognized by his peers and fellow gamers? Keifer won an award for his voice talent in video games and Hayter was not...WHY? Even Nolan North got an award. So your point makes no sense. David hayters voice was a ripoff of the original snake in which the character was based off of in KURT RUSSELL. Know what you speak of
