    single player is better than multiplayer.to many campers just trying to get a nuke and to many hackers.game blows DDservers 10 times better.

    Just finished the game and yeah, it disappoint me.
    But, i think we expect too much from MW2 so that IW couldn't fulfilled our expectation (sorry for language, I'm Indonesian )

    i agree with alterox( not that cod6 sucks) its just that in the early cod there wasnt people saying "follow me". u could just walk anywhere u want but in cod6 theres to much follow me parts like in the stealth mission.

    I feel so sad for the pc version. Campaign too but still this game is great.

    The campaign for me doesnt even deserve an 8.5, its all too chaotic and too dramatic, too much cutscenes, too much drama, too much "follow this guy", too much "wait there and watch the movie", the AI sucks, everything is scripted, and have i mentioned the drama? And one can even sense the smell from the first call of duty game years ago.

    @LusciousOldMan im not saying i have a problem with the ending its just that it leaves with a cliffhanger of somewhat and ends and making you think of another modern warfare in the distant future probaly but it was cool

    although the campaing is short it deserves a 9.0 nothing more and nothing less also it feels like the ppl at infinty ward just watches every good action movie made in the past 20 years along with seasons 1-7 of 24 and just smashed it together to make the campaing pretty good but agian short and the multiplayer is still awsome along with spec ops

    This game is ok but seriously is absolutely NO DIFFERENT from any other fps other than having a large budget. It does not deserve this hype so i think 8.5 and 9.0 is a fair rating. Dont go whining about it just cause ur so obsessed cause everyone else is. Also good for gamespot for not giving in to the obsession u all have and actually thought about it be4 they decided it must be perfect cause everyone says so.

    Spoiler Alert:: Shepherd orders Allen to join TF 141. Shepherd wants to be a war hero...but in order to be that, he needs a war. He told Makarov that PFC Allen was an American, and that the only ones with the knowledge of Makarov's involvement in the airport massacre were TF 141 and Shepherd himself. As far as the world is concerned, the Americans were responsible for the massacre...and so Russia attacks the United States. TF 141 gets closer and closer to Makarov. If Makarov was caught, then he would tell them that Shepherd betrayed Allen's identity. Shepherd orders TF 141 to retrieve the proof of his involvement from Makarov's safehouse, and then killed Ghost and Roach. Then Shepherd hopes to kill Makarov and the rest of TF 141 before he could be implicated in the airport massacre.Shepherd planned to, after killing Makarov, tell the world that Makarov was the one responsible for the airport massacre. With Makarov dead, and TF 141 gone, nobody could have told the US or the Russians that Shepherd was responsible for foiling the operation.

    If he had been successful...all the world would have known was that the one man who saved them all from destruction was Shepherd. IIn the end Shepherd is killed by TF 141, and Makarov is on the run for fear of retaliation from TF 141, the only ones who know that he's responsible. TF 141 is also on the run from NATO, who assume that TF 141 betrayed their operation and murdered Shepherd. MW3 should clear this up.
