Yeah, this isn't worse than the original PS3 version!
You should give it a 9.0

i personally think this should be around a 9 and 8.5 at lowest the only REAL problem with the game is the multiplayer but look, you dont see anyone playing online on gran turismo, so it should be a problem because you will probably get about no gameplay and in fact the load times aren't really THAT bad so that should not put down the rating and do you know how detailed the levels are? of coarse it's gonna take a tiny bit longer but you end up getting more than you want anyway. Also, what do you mean SHORT!? With having custom levels and a whole community you can download from, you get a crapload of time playing the game, and with it's undeniable charm, you will want to play it over and over again.

i was personally a little bit dissapointed with your review. Surely you can get over the fact load times are a little bit long i gave it a 9.5

goodgame australia reviewed this: 8.5/10 and 8/10.

they praised the transition from PS3 to PSP being a great port, graphics and fun factor.
minus points for single play (no multiplay), short single player levels and difficulty of building your own levels (although this was the same with PS3 due to the creative freedom you can have for LBP) though as long as there are some budding enthusiasts out there building the levels the game will increase in awesomeness.
