An good-quality stealth action game, which allows the player to act as a deadly and silent assassin!!

When I first bought this game, I was a bit sceptic about this genre (basically stealth-based games tend to be quite long and also hard since you have to use your brain rather than your muscles in order to complete a mission).

But, after playing it for a while, I have to change my mind! but let's follow a more logical scheme: the game has a great storyline starring a ninja called Goh "the Crow" (maybe because of that strange tattoo on his forehead). Crow has somehow lost his memory and he needs to retrieve it by collecting soul fragments who have been shattered all over Utakata, the land ravaged by war where the game takes place.

Another good point is the fact that the player can use plenty of ways in order to complete the various missions given to Crow by the three feudal lords who are fighting each other in order to take control of Utakata: by completing these missions (which varies from the classic assassination contracts to more soft missions such as thefts or picking up food supplies for a specific lord) the player will receive information on where to find these soul fragments, allowing him to progress with the main storyline.

The game itself is also a good example of the motto "Victory lies in preparation", which will force the player's imagination in order to complete the hardest missions.

Right now let's analyze the negative aspects of the game: the controls are not so good, causing non-expert players to be easily detected by guards or other ninjas (oh, I forgot: if a lord thinks you're not loyal enough, he may hire other ninjas in orther to make things harder and you may also receive a few "undesired visits" to your hideout).

But in the end, I think the only limit is that of imagination: I mean, since there's plenty of ways to kill your enemies without alerting the guards, how about being more creative instead of always following the same path for every single mission?
