By far the best Shinobi title, possibly best ninja title.

Sega did it up right for this great Game Gear title. Controls are basic but simple and easy to master. Graphically Shinobi 2 makes Game Gear look better than most of it's games. Nothing that really sets it apart from everything else except that everything went together in the game well. A fairly constant learning curve gets you feeling like a ninja to start and keeps your skill growing as the game progresses. Lots of fun and definately worth the money if you still own a Game Gear. Classic side-scrolling action that some of todays games should take notice of. The games sound won't grate on your nerves like so many early handheld titles. The different ninjas give the game variety. Just a little short and not a lot replayability are it's downfalls. Once you beat it you'll have a smile on your face but may not pick it up again for a while.
