This beautiful RPG is so well done and put together, newer versions can't beat the original Shining Force.

Shining Force exclusive to the Genesis, the system itself would be dead if this game was never made. This one of a kind RPG has beautiful environments, chracters, and most of all, the unique storyline. In the opening sequence, it is worth watching to show how powerful the storyline is, and shows the full power of the Genesis' graphics and sound. It is worth to go back in time and re-live the expierience of Shining Force, or buy a Genesis. The characters are so well put together, and unique personalities which makes your Shining Force army unstopable. You get Dwarfs, Elven Archers, a Werewolf, Centaurs, Mages, a Robot, a Dragon, a secret chracter you hatch your self, and a Human (you) to lead the army. You get to equip your allies with weapons, then when you promote them and your self, you and your allies will have better cloathing and armour, some will get a different portrait of them selves, and get to use more advanced and powerful weaponary. This is a must own game, stores should still be selling them. I loved this game so much, I had to get a picture of the main chracter for my gamespot account. Check this game out, and re-live the expierience of the Shining Force.
