I found that it was good for a bit but then it drizzled.

I'm am actually not sure how the ending went completely and i just beat it not to long ago, (just to show you how...unmemorable it is). It has a nice line of graphics compared to all the other shining force games that I have played, but that may be because the fact that the only other shining force games I played have been all on computer. There are many more negative parts of this game than there are positive though. Positives being three things: the comparison to other shining forces on graphics, the scenes were always awesome (though it was more than impossible to ever look as cool as you do in the scenes, but that is the same in most games) and the fact that the characters were actually different for a change. It usually always has a mysterious force named Kain? not in this one. You where able to fight mostly new foes and for a whole different reason and story line. (The main characters hair was awesome too). Well there's the reason it got rated so high, here's the reason its not a 10/10
Now to the negative. Wow do I even have to say this one? I'm an RPG fan and this game, despite its pretty pictures, it has no major story line. All your doing is dungeon dungeon dungeon. To me that's boring and gets EXTREMELY old after a few rounds. I think the only reason I actually completed this game was due to the fact I have (as most do) the drive to finish something once I get in more than half way.
Well that pretty much sums it up. Overall I think I would recommend it but only if you like hack and slash, a good RPG.
