For those of you who haven't played Persona 2 back when it was released, the PSP is the perfect way to get into it!

Let me start off saying that I never was able to play Innocent Sin for PS1, so when this was released I was more than excited to pick up a copy.

Starting off this game is a bit tricky to get a grip on, but once you figure it out it's a blast!

Graphics: 7/10 Nothing extremely impressing, but rendered nice, kind of like Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lions

Sound: 9/10 The option to set the sound to the original or remixed soundtracks is pretty cool, and both sound great!

Gameplay: 7/10 Again, it's slightly confusing to pick up on, and the reward/contact systems are a bit tedious. Progression is a bit slow compared to P3, P4, and even P3P. But overall, the abilities are pretty cool, and the fusion spells make battles breeze by. Persona 3 had a smaller fusion system, and P4 threw it out the window.
One really troublesome factor is the encounter rate. It's incredibly high, making you wish for the P3 and P4 systems of having the decision to start a battle, or maneuver your way around it.

Story: 10/10 If you've come directly from the newer games, then the story might seem a little sub-par, having to spread rumors to open up shops is a bit different than the deep dark world of P3 where you have to hunt down killer shadows, or the detective world of P4 where you must stop murders from occurring.
However, if you come from the Devil Summoner background, this may just be right for you. Just like In DS2 you have to do a lot of menial tasks (or so they seem) and then get thrusted into the heat of a greater, more ominous story

I highly recommend this game to people!
