This game has been out for some time now, and I mainly writing this in preparation of writing a decent review for Persona 3. First, this is an addicting game especially those of old RPGers who started with Pokemon or Dragon Warrior Monsters. Now don't get all upset about it being "fluffy", this game is darker than most. You name your main character yourself making you feel slightly more at home. There never really is a suggested name. Alright enough background unto the meat. Your character becomes something of a demon. You can change when moves you learn by changing these parasite things inside yourself. The real point of the game is building a team. You can convince monsters to join your side by talking to them through an in-combat command. Later you can combine these demons into new and more powerful studs. The game is pretty linear, you progress from one mission to the next with little thought of backtracking. There is one extra area and you do need to beat to unluck boss monsters you have fought along the way. A little side-quest area if you will. Through out the game you are given choices that will affect the ending. Typical Atlus fair there, especially if you are familiar with rest of the Mega ten series, a little extra replay value. You also get to keep your monster commendium from the last play through if you so choose.
