Amazing, simply amazing....
Storyline 9/10:
It is totally different than your average happy-go-lucky RPG. It is very dark, and even spooky at times. The world gets destroyed, and you basically have to recreate it, and defeat many demons along the way.
Difficulty: 8/10
It is a hard game, so it will turn off many gamers, even if they don't care about the game's controversial theme. But that is a good thing, in a way.
The game makes you think about what you are doing, especially in the Kalpas. If you fight like you would in FF, you will be mutilated by the demons.
Sound: 9/10 No voices, but I like it because it gives me an old-school RPG feel.
The battle music just plain rocks.
Gameplay: 10/10 This is the greatest part of the game. It fights alot like Final Fantasy, but it has a nice feature. Almost any boss, and every enemy in the game, you can recruit. You can only use 4 at a time, but you can have a small army of demons. But this doesn't always work. You still might get Items or Macca, or they might just attack you. They also leave sometimes.
Every now and then, they will talk to you, and ask for something. They will either join you, or give you something, or attack you from what I've seen.
Graphics: 10/10 The graphics are completely awesome. When you see the world get turned inside out near the beginning of the game, it is breathtaking.
Closing comments: This is a great game for those who like RPG's and can handle the content. It is a bit hard to find for under $80 ( well, at least for me), but if you look hard enough, you won't have a problem finding it.
