If Soul Hackers has no localization announcement - will SMT IV be localized?

Soul Hackers was released in 3DS for Japan this April right? And no version of this game has ever made it to NA before... but Atlus USA has still not announced anything regarding this game's localization... so if Soul Hackers (released early) is not going to be localized... why will SMT IV be localized sooner than Soul Hackers?

Soul Hackers was released August 30, 2012 in Japan there's plenty of time left for a localization announcement.

Atlus USA is probably gonna have a localization announcement when Etrian Odyssey IV's localization is either done or mostly done. It helps that Soul Hackers was the one game they wanted to bring over.
Also, why are people doubting whether or not Atlus USA will not bring stuff over?

But I guess Atlus USA will 99.99% bring all of their SMT titles + Persona titles over... right?

Yeah, but that's a PSP game. PSP games sell bad enough in America as it is, and EP apparently didn't do that well in Japan, either.

My guess is that they're taking their time to announce localization of any more Megami Tensei titles. I mean we still haven't hit release date for Persona 4 Golden yet (I'm guessing they'll announce Persona 2: Eternal Punishment a while after).

i think we well get soul hacker even before IV, but i do hope atlus say something on those two game
also they are most likely busy with EQ4 and likely evaluated its sells for future projects before they announce anything to be localized
