But in reality, i really do think that atlus should have at least made the digital devil game's into one HUGE game instead of splitting it off into 2 separate games really. and with that said i think it's because they were thinking of how to 'maximize profits' or so. but we could all give them the benefit of the doubt, and still enjoy a good game. DDS2 starts off where you ended during the first game's cliffhanger. all your skills and mantra's DO NOT pass over to this game, meaning you need to start off from scratch and learn them all over again. which did piss me off a bit, and maybe you too as well. but, the reason for not having your skills is said slightly in the game. but that's up to you if that reason should be valid enough for not having the skills you had from the first game, especially those high difficulty ones. and you know what im talking about if you went out and tried fighting the bonus bosses. haha.
musical score is amazing. really love the normal battle song. guitar soundtrack like the first game, which i would say surpasses its predecessor. the game is fairly long, if you count the trying to beat the extra bosses and maxing out your grid. a la' FFX's sphere grid. it should keep you entertained for a while, and i highly recommend playing the first game to get its story. recommended for the hardcore rpg fans, or those who just want to finish the devil saga.
