Decent spin off that any SMT or JRPG fan should play !
Anyways, Raidou vs The soulless army is a decent game since apparently, a lot of people who have played both games have told me Raidou vs King Abaddon very much improved what Raidou 1 is.
You'll need some demons that have healing spells such as dia or diarama (I literally just used a demon with the latter until the final boss!), because this game is pretty much a dungeon crawler jrpg. The dungeons themselves are pretty short, except for the last one which is a quasi puzzle (but very easy).
Again, SMT games have always had that demon collecting aspect akin to pokemon, but I would rate this at a higher difficulty than pokemon since in raidou 1, you would need certain demons with 'skills' to help you progress through the game. Skills such as inspect, cooldown, fly, scout, etc., are just a myriad of required skills from demons which you need in order to pass through a barrier or puzzle. Other than inspect, most of the abilities are used only once; at most twice ever.
There is a bonus dungeon and a new game plus. The game is relatively short for a SMT clocking at about ~25-30 hours for some people.
Overall, this is a great spinoff, and a must play for smt or jrpg fans.
