Story:
Raidou is a devil summoner who can capture demons and fight by his side. he's duty is to defend Japan's Capital from the evil demons who is disturbing and trying to take the capital. He has a sidekick named Gouto a animal cat that can talk and Narumi a detective. This new case starts with Raidou investigating the whereabouts of a mysterious man named Dahn, but quickly becomes much more involved than that. Suffice it to say, something is out of whack in the Capital regarding luck some citizens have become incredibly lucky, and others incredibly unlucky and it threatens to spiral out of control unless Raidou can do something about it.
Gameplay:
Their is so much improvements about the gameplay. In the first devil summoner you can only use one demon.. In DS2 now you can summon 2 demons to fight by your side. Capturing demons is now change. Now you recruit demons through negotiations during battle. You can also get demons by fusing them at Victor's place. Level grinding is very rewarding and it can be addictive. Their is a new weapon system by each type. Spear, Sword, And Axe. Defends on you which one you like. You can upgrade your weapons by using some items at Victor's lab.
Music:
As always.. Shoji Meguro's musical score is the best. a sentimental orchestral tracks to trumpet-heavy jazz tunes to modern-day guitar rock. It's one of the best sounds in Shin Megami Tensei series.
Graphics:
The graphics din't change at all. Like in the first game. But still no worry for rpg players. It still has a good graphics for PS2.

If you been playing lot's of Shin Megami Tensei titles. This role playing game is a must for. Even if this is you first time playing it. You will get addicted by collecting demons and other things in Devil Summoner 2.
