A great addition to the series!

As a long time fan of the series, I was looking forwards to this game. It shows the early years of Sherlock Holmes, as he returns to Cordona, the island that he grew up with his mother and Mycroft, until her death. This is also the main mystery of the game. Sherlock suffers from a trauma that doesnt let him completely remember his past and he has to solve cases, find clues about it and reconstruct his memories. Although it feels weak as a main plot, it is surrounded by some more interesting cases, that make it feel more intriguing.

This is the first game in the series that features a small open world. Cordona is a beautiful and lively place and the unreal engine works well and the graphics are beautiful. You can find cases to solve all over the island and eventhough most of them are not hard to solve, they give some duration to the gameplay.

The new addition to the series, is the all new shooting system. It is simple and repetitive and in most cases it is optional. I am not a big fan of it, but it didnt really bother me too much either. It was like a small and fun mini game.

Overall, I had a great time with the game and I suggest it to all the fans of the series and Sherlock Holmes.
