worth buying a dreamcast !
shenmue is a great game and the game itself is a reason to buy the sega dreamcast .
the story is very simple
you are ryo hazuki ,a japanese young man that saw his life destroyed when his father [ his only family ] was murdered by a misterious man
now he wants revenge and his adventure begins .
the controls are very easy to understand and use.
you have lots of places to go and to explore
your objective is to find information about lan di [ the guy who murdered ryo's father ] and for that you have to talk with the people around you ,some of them may give you some usefull information
of course the game does not only consists in talking with another characters ,you also have to fight them ,in some cases ,or resolve certain puzzles and even ride a bike in a limited time
during your adventure you will meet new people who will help you .. of course not all of them are good and you will have some problems with certain characters.
you have lots of things to do ,if you want to you can even play videogames on your sega saturn .. you are basically living ryo's life .. you wake up in the morning ,get out of your home and go search for the man who killed your father
it's a very fun game.
wonderffully detailed and animated , grafically this game is beautifull
very detailed characters ,amazing scenarios, great animations .. definitely a very deserved 10
the sound is not great as well ,but it's still good
not all people will like this game ,it's a different style of game, but still a very fun game
definitely a classic and maybe one of the best series ever made !
