Buy it when it hits the bargin bin. The concept is quite good and intregueing but at the end of the day it falls short.
So you cannot commit troops from specific territories. This becomes lame when its down to 2 factions and you beat the cu into the ground then spend countless battles fighting no oppositions but wasting alot of time. Its even been down to the cu having one unit and it will still attack every turn and defende every turn.
You also only get one move per game turn.
