Looks more like Punisher (on MAME) than Metal Slug. I loved that game, you spend the whole thing just finding different weapons to see the animations. Not completely sure about this one yet though, looks like a flash game in terms of the animation.

this shank game look inresting to play also i can wait to get it on both on XBLA & PSN im so on to getting this on both system because i feel like there r two stories even tho this game play the samething i feel like this game i still beleave there something missing

@patrickbrown56 this game can be find at xboxlive,psn or pc so it is not a full game and I think it is cool.
I just feel like I don't know enough about the game. Like is it a full game that's being released for 59.99? Or is it like something I'd find in XBox Arcade? I looked at the game page and didn't find that info. But I don't think I could play an entire game like this. Arcade game? Yes. Full length? Probably not.
I am not totaly sure on this one, I mean yes it does look pretty bad ass but, I wonder how much it will cost because it just looks a 2D Devil May Cry.
It's almost like Dishwasher:Dead Samurai, Devil May Cry (in 2D), or No More Heroes. Looking forward to it.
It looks like the sound effects will be good, but putting that aside I can't see the game being more than decent -- it's just another Final Fight with an art style that's different. And with Scott Pilgrim vs The World being basically the same, Monday Night Combat is clearly the best Arcade game of this summer.
Not only this game looks fun to play, but this trailer makes me interested in the story more. I'll be trying out the free trial for sure.

Lol, the animation looks like something Penny Arcade made. I wouldn't be surprised if they did.
This game looks f@(&ing awesome. And it looks to me like there is co-op. Will have to see the price on this, because it is a DL game, right?
