Shank User Review
A very well produced game but the depth is lacking! XBLA port, clocks in around 4 hours.

- The Bottom Line:
- "All flash, no substance"
This is an enjoyable game to play on the PC with a 360 controller, if you can find it at the right price. The production is done very well, and the art style is nice.
Combat is fun, however one boss battle in particular *cough* Cassandra *cough* is ridiculously more difficult than the rest of the game, and she is not even a final boss. That is a frustrating moment, but the rest is quite enjoyable. The game ends at around 4 hours, and I would not have wanted it to go on any longer, because the combat is extremely repetitive. I am thankful for the many weapon unlocks, because I doubt I would have finished the game without them.
I thought it was a worthwhile playthrough for the amount of time I invested in it. I am thankful I got it at a fraction of the regular price in the Humble Indie Bundle promotion. I would be pissed if I paid more than few bucks for this game.

Shank has beautiful visuals, but the mediocre story and monotonous combat hinder it.

A short but good story and amazing visuals and awesome characters make this a must try.
