Not bad, as a cheap game.
This game isn't really a serious hardcore game. Rather, it makes a fun arcade game, something you could play when you're bored. The in-game graphics are nice. The cars look pretty cool, and the buildings are well designed. There is a nice layout for the city. Actually, I wish they had made a free roam mode to explore it!
The controls are a little clunky, but the car has a fair amount of movements and reactions. You can even turn on lights and honk the horn. The music.. well I think there is only one song.. but it works for me. There are enough sound effects to make the environment. There are a few objects like lamp posts that can be knocked over, and there is a bit of traffic too (luckily not realistic Shanghai traffic, that would be hard xD).
Like I said, this isn't an intense game. It's a fun arcade game.
If you got it for free with a shirt, like me, it's a good value. If I had payed more than 10 dollars for this, I might be a little confused..
