Bear in mind, it's entirely possible that it's a gutted Marshall stack stuff with either legacy hardware from an old Orange, Sunn, Green, or assorted other fuzz-o-sonic era manufacturer, modern repro stuff designed to mimic the old sound, or custom-built or mix-and-match pieces, for the same reason. Hell, if you know where to put them, even punching a few holes in the diaphragm of an older-style amp with an icepick or screwdriver can coax the heavy hand of Fuzzy Garage Rock from even a staid, straight-laced, bog-standard soulless amp.
