How do I get below the lake house?

Below the lake house is actually the site for the final battle. The final objective tells you to go there

You can not get there until the end.
SPOILERS Kinda --------------------------------
When the final battle starts the water drains. You can then go in doors that were under t he house. Also you can unlock a trap door from under the house. The thing is that once the battle starts you can not end it ,or leave. Do not worry it auto-saves right before the battle. One more thing all there is really there all crates of full ammo.
