Gettin' Serious.
You play as of course Serious Sam, You are somehow thrown back in time and end up in an extremely empty Ancient Egypt. The enemies in this game vary from headless gun carrying zombies to headless bomb throwing zombies and finally being pursued by screaming suicide zombies that attack you in droves. You also must kill a variety of different enemies like giant scorpions with machine guns, Four armed snot spitting giants, Bird women, Lava giants and mutant bulls and extremely annoying demon horse skeletons (or whatever the hell they are).
The weapons in this game vary as well from rocket launchers to giant gattlin guns and the super powerful Serious Bomb etc.
This game gets intense, The enemies will attack you in droves that never seem to stop and just when you think you are in the clear you will be overrun by giants demon toads..or lava people..or laser shooting brains. This game is not meant for someone who wants a cakewalk for a game. So go out and get it and Get Serious.
