A must have game

User Rating: 9.9 | Seiken Densetsu 3 SNES
Seiken Densetsu 3 was the third in the 'Secret Of Mana' series of games. The first one had a Final Fantasy title and the second was called Secret of Mana. It was the last Secret of Mana game to come out for the Snes.

Gameplay: SD3 is not like a regular RPG where you can walk around and fight in random battles. As you move from area to area you run into enemies set in predetermined places. You then use your magical and physical attacks in real time to defeat them. Reflexes are just as important as strategy. As you gain EXP you level up, and are allowed to add one attribute point to any one of your many different stats. Allowing you to make your character however you want to. Also at the start of the game you can choose any one of six characters to be your main character, their skills, stats, personality, and how and where they start the game is different. After you select your character and name him/her you can choose two more to be your partners.

Graphics:The graphics are amazing for a Snes game.

Sound: While the sound effects aren't the best the music is definitely one of the games many strong points.

Value: You have to order it from a site that imports Japanese games. I have seen it for $60 and up. It is a great game, long, and the six different characters increases replay value.

Tilt: It is a shame it was never released outside of Japan. You can find it as a rom with an English patch but the only way you can download it legally is if you own the game. One of the greatest games I have ever played.

Difficulty: This game always seems just right. Maybe leaning more to the hard site for most. But for me it was never too hard or too easy.

Learning Curve: It's very easy to learn.
