I got this for Christmas yesterday, when I really wanted Sega Genesis Collection. But since I got this, It's my unfortunate pleasure to review this. When I got this, it was from gamestop, so I couldn't have read the warning the game said, "10 enhanced games with all new graphics and sound". Now that I think of it, Sega Classics Collection is the biggest oxymoron in Sega history.
There are 10 games in this collection, including ones on the Sega Genesis Collection such as Bonanza Bros., Columns and Golden Axe. When I got this, I wanted to play Golden Axe first. To my shock and dissapointment, I realized that they were are poorly remade games, even though Golden Axe had the 16 bit version screenshot. Let me just warn you, the gameplay, graphics, sound, and everything sucks. Bonanza Bros.'s new graphics are unacceptable for the PS2.
Please, please do not get this game. Get Sega Genesis Collection, it has the original versions of Genesis games.
