I know a little late to review, but this game does deserve some recognition.
STORY: In the future humanity has taken to the stars. On a planet at the edge of the galaxy the inhabitants decide to break off and become the Arm of Orion. You as the standard USIS (I think thats it) government don't enjoy this so you send your troops to teach them a lesson. That about sums it up. Very short, and uneventful. This game was built for multiplayer.
GAMEPLAY: An FPS mixed with Halo, Battlefeild Bad Company 2, and Star Wars Battlefront. It isn't a bad game it just lacks polish. The spawning is really cool though, you drop in from the sky with your power armor and land wherever you want. The idea is unique and works. The other ideas don't really work. The game has multiple objectives for you to complete on a massive battlefeild. The goals and objectives get lost in the constant fire and explosions. If this feature were adjusted it would be a smoother experience.
PRESENTATION: Looks ok, doesn't look great. Sounds ok, doesn't sound great. Plays ok, doesn't play great.
This game isn't unplayable, but it feels a little dated. Other than that though I love this game to death and await the sequel. If youa re interested I would rent or if your rich pick it up. The sequels gonna be on XBOX LIVE for 15 bucks.
