There are only 3 first person adventure games better than this and they are Myst, Riven and Myst exile.

Gamespot 3.9??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Scratches is without doubt one of the best first person adventure games ever made. If your an intelligent person who enjoys a really good creepy story, and the classic point and click adventure game, this is something you really have to play.
I was slowly sucked into the story from the word go, really well written and presented, the music is by Celler of Rats, and it is absolutley superb, beautiful and haunting.

After finishing this game, it even now still remains in my mind like the great adventure games of our past like Riven and Monkey Island.

A master stroke of a game by Augustin Cordes.

Watch the scene for a future game from Augustin and senscape called Asylum.
