A Wonderful Homage to a Beloved Cartoon

If you ever enjoyed a Scooby Doo cartoon when you were little, then this game is for you. Although silly, with somewhat strange controls at times, this game packs a lot of fun. The graphics and environments come right out of the old school Scooby Doo cartoons and the voices, to me, sounded spot on. The music matched where it could as well.

The basic premise of the game was rehashing previous stories and having the game re-solve them, so to speak. I got stuck a little over halfway through this game, so I can't say with certainty how it ends, but I did enjoy playing it for the sheer joy of hearing Scooby making silly exclamations when he jumps over things or away from things.

This is a really cute game and although for the PS2, now somewhat outdated, it is a lot of fun and is great for the inner Scooby fan in all of us.
