It's Survival of the Fastest

Sure you know games. But when it’s an all out race against all the other smart players out there, you better have ‘em down cold. Put your skills to the test in the GameSpot Scavenator. To win, just follow the clues to find all five emblems hidden throughout the GameSpot site. But if you’re not quick about it, you’ll get eliminated.

Use the hint to help you find the token.

Each hint you receive tips you off to the location of a corresponding token hidden somewhere on the GameSpot site. The location can be on any page: gamespace, features, forums, etc. If the hint is too difficult, you can request an easier one by clicking "easier hint »". But beware! Requesting an easier hint gives you a hefty time penalty. The easiest hint will always have a term in quotes that you can enter into the search field or that will point you in the proper direction.

Clue:

"Tempest of Engines"

Solution:

"MotorStorm" (The flashing token would be found somewhere on the "MotorStorm" page.)

Find the token!

When you find the token, drag it into your Scavenator bin and move on to your next hint. When you've collected all five tokens, you're victorious! Your time will be evaluated to determine if you're one of the top players. Only your first score will be recorded, so do your best on the first try!
