Street Fighter....in tights.

Wrestling at one of its peaks in the late 90's, Capcom surprisingly took a shot at it. Great idea, but the controls were a pain in the ass. They tried too hard to combine what was Street Fighter and wrestling into one. The biggest problem is the fact you only have one attack button, which makes things complicated if you want to grapple instead of punch. Good character ideas, especially adding Mike Haggar to the cast. That crossover idea alone is a deal breaker, but the fact his special move involves doing a 360 direction with...a D-Pad? Only 2 modes available, single and tag team. Tag team is really a tornado tag team which involves no tag, all characters are in the ring at the same time, bring on the carnage! Besides count out, there are no essential rules or disqualifications, so no holds barred. It's overall more fighting than wrestling, in a traditional sense. If you liked Street Fighter, and you like wrestling, give Slammasters a try.
