Kind of surprised me

Picked this up mainly to have a 3ds game for my 3ds since, as of when I got it there were little to no choices that jumped out at me, I had heard of the Samurai Warrior series on playstation before, so I decided to give this game a shot since I figured worst case scenario I would just trade it in and get a regular ds game....30+ hours later, I still enjoy playing it. While, the game itself is in japanese and english subbed, it didn't bother me and seemed more immersive that way. The pick up and and stop play thing was also more to my liking as well since I dont want to start playing a handheld game and get stuck waiting forever to save on it. It does get repetitive in the sense that if you cant complete missions or are failing objectives alot you will end up having to redo earlier ones to level up and get better weapons/gear by completing things.
All in all, it is a hack and slash in my book at least so, I it's one of those games I will probably hang onto just to have something different in my collection of games.
