I'll break this review down into sections:

Graphics: The game runs at a good looking resolution, big plus for my 1080P tv, and the art of this game looks decent as well, it has sort of a gangster town setting which is pretty fitting and its cool that they pulled it off without going overzealous .... 8

Controls : The controls in this game are fantastic! everything felt natural ( considering my last played game like this was san andreas ) and took no time to learn at all, plus you can shoot from your vehicles in this game! that's cool! i rarely give perfect grades but this game deserves it for its precise controls =P ..... 10

Online play : There are about 4 or 5 online modes to play on this game, and they're competitive and pretty fun, they're not as in depth as gta 4's online modes are but its not a competition ...... 7

Gameplay : This game's fun... there are plenty of ways to kill people, the missions don't feel derivative and you'll get a kick out of it, it's really fun .... 9

Value : you can buy it for 6$ used on amazon... that's a steal! this is one of the best games you can buy, especially for the price .... 9
